VDT Technology in Water Management: digital transformation of the water industry: new technologies for efficient operation
Vodní hospodářství magazine published an article Digital Transformation of Water Industry: New Technologies for Efficient Operation, in which our Technical Director Lukáš Chalupa introduces the new Twin Skin application – a digital twin of a water treatment plant, based on the InsightsHub and COMOS platform from Siemens, and other water industry applications: the WIM (Water Infrastructure Maintenance), WST (Water Scan Toolbox), EN-Key Energy Manager and additional applications: the Comosintegration and Custom Notifier.
Twin Skin is a new digital twin technology that can significantly improve water treatment plant operations and infrastructure, and go hand in hand with efficiency, transparency and cost savings. TWIN SKIN – Digital Twin of Water Treatment Plant for Efficient Risk Management of Critical Water Infrastructure and was developed in cooperation with partners University of Chemical Technology in Prague, Institute of Hydrodynamics of the Czech Academy of Sciences, International Safety Institute, z. ú. and the town of Železná Ruda.
